NHL Team Stats, Key Players, & Injury Reports

St. Louis Blues (23-7-4)

St. Louis is coming into this game tonight with an away record of 9-4-2. The Blues have won five of the last six games against the Oilers including 2 out of 3 games last season. Alexander Steen is my key player choice is this game since signing a 3 year extension contract. In the last game, Alexander Steen scored two goals as a thank you for the contract. At least in my opinion as well as some others in the media.

Edmonton Oilers (11-23-3)

The Oilers are coming into this game on a 5 game losing streak, the last 4 games were on the road. With a 5-10-1 home record, I don’t expect things to change tonight against the Blues. This team is building for the future and this season is just lessons for some players. I don’t have much good to say about this team right now besides I love betting against them this season.

St. Louis Blues at Edmonton Oilers Odds & Prediction

With the Oilers on a losing streak and up against one of the best teams in the league. I am risking 2 units on the Blues tonight for the win. This should be an easy win for the Blues but the Oilers might make them work for it so I won’t tell you to bet on the spread.
