Carolina Hurricanes at Buffalo Sabres, today at 7:00pm eastern time at First Niagara Center, in Buffalo, New York. This is the first time these teams are meeting each other this season out of a 3 game series. Last season the Hurricanes took the victory in all 3 games. This season both teams are coming into this game with their own winning streaks going on. Buffalo has won their last 5 home games and Carolina has won their last 4 games in a row.

Carolina Hurricanes vs Buffalo Sabres Prediction

My prediction is this will be a close game. Both teams have been winning their games by 1 point. So I couldn’t dare bet against the spread and you never know what type of night Sabres and Hurricanes will have so betting on the over/under is a no go as well. Buffalo Sabres been having a hard time this season with a record of 12-26-4 and a home record of 9-12-2. As you can see that’s where most of the Sabres are at.

Carolina Hurricanes on the other hand has been having a much better season with 18-16-9 and 9-8-4 on the road. Not the best in the league by a long shot but good enough to maintain a winning record and fix problems throughout the season. My prediction for the Sabres vs Hurricanes game is that the Hurricanes will beat Buffalo in this game. However, Only by 1 point. This is why I have risk 1 unit on this game with the moneyline on the Carolina Hurricanes.

Free NHL Pick: Carolina Hurricanes (Moneyline: -115)
