USA Online Poker Weekly Traffic Report 1/14/2013

US Poker TrafficThis is the 3rd week we have published the USA weekly traffic report for online poker sites that accept US players. In the 12/31/2012 and 1/7/2013 weekly traffic reports the Revolution Gaming Network has been the leading US poker network.

Revolution Gaming Network 7 day average last week was 1,160 players online and this week 7 day average is the same. They have not made any growth process over the past week as fr as the average goes. Maybe its because of their payout troubles. All over the internet on online poker forums, players are talking about how long they are waiting for payments or not receiving a payment at all. They are going to need to fix this asap if they want to see any type of growth.

Bodog Poker Network 7 day average last week was 1,040 players online and this week 7 day average is the same. As we get deeper into the NFL playoffs, I think their focus will be on their sports bettors. Maybe they will run a sports related promotion for the online poker players to see any type of growth. Or they could bank on waiting for players to finally leave the Revolution Gaming Network. However, some of those players will be waiting on their check from a Revolution Gaming Network skin before they can move onto another poker room.

Merge Gaming Network 7 day average last week was 730 players online and this week 7 day average is the same. I guess the growth of this poker network will be slow for awhile since skins left, skins closed, and the deposit options are fixed but slim. If they get things in order I can see Bodog and Merge fighting it out for the number one in terms of US poker traffic.

Winning Poker Network 7 day average last week was 380 players online and this week the 7 day average is 420 players online. The numbers from Black Chip Poker are really starting to show. From the first US traffic report 2 weeks ago to now the network weekly average has grown 85 players online. One or two more months like this and Winning Poker Network will be fighting over the number three spot with Merge Gaming Network.

Chico Poker Network 7 day average last week was 315 players online and this week the 7 day average is 310 players online. A 5 player average lost from last week and a 10 player average drop over the past 2 weeks. Again I think this may have something to do with the NFL playoffs. The players at BetOnline are most likely focusing on betting on sports right now. Once the Superbowl comes and goes things should pick up.

Seals With Clubs 7 day average last week was 22 players online and this week the 7 day average is 26 players online. This online poker site has loads of room to grow since there isn’t many players online on average. I have seen it perk at around 80+ players online while I was playing there. With instant deposits and withdraws payout within 12 hours. I can see this US facing poker site growing as more and more people become aware of the e-currency Bitcoin.

Top Traffic US Poker Sites

  1. Revolution Gaming Network (Lock Poker)
  2. Bodog Poker Network (Bovada)
  3. Merge Gaming Network (Carbon Poker)
  4. Winning Poker Network (True Poker)
  5. Chico Poker Network (BetOnline)
  6. Seals With Clubs

That is the US poker traffic report for 1/14/2013. My prediction for next month is Merge Gaming Network will lose their number 3 spot to Winning Poker Network, Bodog Poker Network will benefit from Revolution Gaming Network payout troubles, and fight for the number one spot as Seals With Clubs creep up on Chico Poker Network.
